Kollu juice for weight loss
Cook kollu by adding salt, cumin powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder each 1tsp. extract the juice and drink in empty stomach.

Kollu rasam weight loss Recipe
Ingredients:
250 grams horse grams
8-10 curry leaves
2-3 green chillies
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
2-3 red dry chillies
Mustard required
Oil little
Tamarind juice

Wash and soak horse gram overnight. Morning add some water and cook it in the pressure cooker nearly for half an hour. Drain the water and keep it aside. Grind these seeds into mixer and make a smooth paste. In a pan, heat oil. Fry red dry chillies, mustard, curry leaves and cumin seeds. Add 1 spoon of tamarind water in it and fry again. Now add water, chopped green chillies and salt and kep it on medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the paste of seed in it and stir well. Again add 2 spoons of tamarind juice and mix well. Cook until it turns in to thick gravy. Serve this with hot rice.

Kollu Podi for Weith loss
Soak 100gm kollu, dry it and make powder by adding 1tsp cumin, coriander seeds, pepper, 2 red chillies, 5 clove garlic, salt and a bunch of coriander leaves.

Kollu soup for weight loss
1 cup of pre-soaked horse gram
¼ teaspoon of cumin powder
¼ teaspoon of pepper powder
Salt required

Take 500 grams water and add seeds in it. Boil it well till the seeds become softer. Smash the seeds in that water and then filter the mixture. Pour it in a glass. Add cumin powder, pepper powder and salt in soup and serve.

Kollu paruppu for weight loss
Ingredients:
1 cup horse gram pre-soaked overnight
3 tsp coriander seeds
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin seeds
3-4 red chillies
Asafoetida
4 tsp grated coconut
1 small size (cut to small pieces)
½ tsp tamarind juice
1 tsp mustard seeds
2 tsp ghee
Curry leaves
Salt
Kollu Paruppu for weight loss Method
In a pan roast coriander seeds, cumin seeds, and black pepper and red chillies. Add asafoetida and make a dry powder. Add grated coconut onion and grind again with little water if required. Make a smooth paste. Pressure cooks the horse gram seeds. Add the grinded masala and boil well. Add some water and tamarind juice in the mixture. Add salt as per taste. Your gravy is ready. Garnish it with fried mustard seeds and curry leaves.
