Boil 1 cup of water and add 1 tsp of tea leaves in it. Brew it not more that 2 to 3 minutes. Filter this tea in a cup. Add 1 spoon honey as per your taste and few drops of fresh lemon juice in it. Serve the tea hot. Never add milk to this tea.

One of the best weight loss tea recipe is honey lemon tea. Put 2 tbs of honey and 1 tbs of fresh lemon juice in a cup. Boil 1 cup of water. Add this hot water in the cup and mix well. If you need more honey or more lemon juice , you can add it as per your requirement.

Boil 1 cup water and add a bunch of green tea leaves in it. Boil only for 3 minutes. After filtering it, add few drops of fresh lemon juice and 1 teaspoon of ginger juice in it. (you can even use ginger-lemon extract). If you like to add some taste, then try a teaspoon of honey.

Put a bunch of mint leaves and 4 tablespoon of basil leaves in a pan. Pour 3 cups of boiling water on these leaves and wait for 5 minutes. Filter it and add few drops of fresh lemon juice in it. And sip it hot. You can add honey for sweet taste.

Take a lemon grass stalk, clean the unwanted leaves and cut its roots. Tie a knot of this lemongrass and keep it in a cup. Add a pinch of cinnamon and 1 teaspoon of honey (if you want sweet taste) in the cup. Add boiling water it the cup and dip one tea bag in it. When the tea takes golden brown colour, remove the tea bag and add fresh lime juice for taste. Serve hot.

Cinnamon and lemon tea for weight loss
Mix ¼ teaspoon of clove and ¼ teaspoon cinnamon in water and boil it. After a boil add 1 tsp tea or tea bag in it and again boil for 5 minutes. Keep in sim flame, add 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and sugar or honey in it. Serve hot.

Ice lemon tea weight loss Method
Remove the outer skin of the lemon and put it in pan along with sugar and add ½ cup of water. Boil this mixture for 3 to 4minutes. Stir well. After removing from heat add 1 cups of mint in it and stir again. Cool and filter this mixture. Alternatively you can prepare lemon peel tea.

Take a cup of water let it to boil, add one clove and cinnamon and a pinch of green tea and finally add 1/2tsp lemon juice while removing from heat.

Papaya leaf tea weight loss Remedy

Take 2tsp papaya leaf extract, a cup of water to boil, add 1tsp green tea and leaf extract in boiling water.  Add required amount of sugar. Papaya leaf tea ready to taste.
