250 grams horse grams
8-10 curry leaves
2-3 green chillies
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
2-3 red dry chillies
Mustard required
Oil little

Wash and soak horse gram overnight. Morning add some water and cook it in the pressure cooker nearly for half an hour. Drain the water and keep it aside. Grind these seeds into mixer and make a smooth paste. In a pan, heat oil. Fry red dry chillies, mustard, curry leaves and cumin seeds. Add 1 spoon of tamarind water in it and fry again. Now add water, chopped green chillies and salt and kep it on medium heat for 15 minutes. Add the paste of seed in it and stir well. Again add 2 spoons of tamarind juice and mix well.
